ecommStats will take 30% of the payout rate
for each transaction. That is 0.3 times the payout rate.

Payment Policy
Minimum Balance
You must maintain a minimum account balance of $250 USD at all times. This
is to ensure that your affiliates get paid what they have earned.
Making Payments to Account
ecommStats uses Paypal to send payouts to affiliates so we also require payments
to be made to us using Paypal.
Deactivation due to Non Payment
Your account may be deactivated without notice if it falls below $250 USD.
Once an account is deactivated, all tracking will halt and your affiliates
will be notified of your deactivation.
If Unable to Payout
If your account falls below $0 after deactivation, you are responsible
for making a payment to bring your account up to $0 to payout your
affiliates. If you are unable to do this, claims from your affiliates
will be directed to you.
Liability
ecommStats is not liable for any accounts that are unable to pay
their affiliates.
Example of Transaction Fees
If your site pays $10 per sale to an affiliate, then ecommStats will
get another 30% of that payment, therefore $3. So the total cost to
you is $13 per sale.
