Who Is This For?

package such as a hosting package including ecommStats or an SEO contract

Who bills the customer?
You are in charge of billing the customers. You purchase from ecommStats at
a discounted price and then resell the service to your customers at a price
that you set.
What is the discount price?
The discount rate starts at 30% off and increases as you get
more customers using ecommStats.
