ecommStats Version 2 Released! Lots of new and exciting features
ecommStats Web Analytics Version 2 adds many new features and enhancements to the service including new navigation reports, conversions on custom actions, time trends, and SOAP based web service.
The new navigation reports provide customers with a wealth of information on visitor habits and patterns. The new reports include entry pages, exit pages, bounce pages, and click paths.
The custom actions allow customers to setup any type of conversion that might happen on their site expanding the type of information they can track. This can be anything from signing up for newsletters or requesting more information on a product.
Time Trend reporting lets ecommStats customers see when users are viewing their site and when they are buying. Reports for time trends include time of day and day of week reports.
The new SOAP enabled web service offering is a first of it's kind in the industry allowing for more accurate tracking and different statistics can be logged.
